LaTisha Phillips

As the Manager of Policy and Corporate Affairs, I support the Originations team by monitoring and reporting changes to Federal, State, Local policies and regulatory issues. In my role, I also lead the development, reporting and publishing of the company’s sustainability and annual reports, and manage Onyx's DEIJ initiatives.

As Onyx’s first Hiring Our Heroes Fellow, I served in the Project Development Department conducting Salesforce audits and helped to streamline organizational processes.

Prior to working for Onyx, I served as a Military Intelligence Officer in the United States Army for 25 years retiring as a Lieutenant Colonel.
